This form no longer accepts submissions.

In this diagnostics test, you have to score 11 points (55%) to pass. (20 questions)

 

Instruction to take the diagnostics test:

  1. Enter your name and email address then press START

  2. Start the test. Choose the correct answer by clicking it (it will automatically proceed to the next question)

  3. Once you are done, your score will be displayed, enter your email address again for confirmation and press CLICK HERE.

  4. Enter your score (without the percent % sign).

  5. TAKE THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST ONCE ONLY!

  6. Last and most important step is to press the SUBMIT button or your score will not be recorded.
